Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Crackers Billing Software (crackersbillingsoftware.com), operated as “Crackers Billing Software” (“we”, “us”). By creating an account you agree to them.

What the service is

Billing and order software for crackers businesses: invoicing, quotations, stock, price-list versions, party ledgers, GST reports and a public order-enquiry link. The order link captures enquiries for your own licensed sales. It is not a marketplace, not an e-commerce checkout, and processes no payments.

Your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for holding the licences your trade requires (PESO/state licences) and for complying with laws that apply to selling crackers, including restrictions on online sale.
  • Invoices, tax filings and financial records you produce with the service are your own; verify them before filing or relying on them. The service’s GST summaries are aids, not tax advice.
  • Keep your account credentials safe; you are responsible for activity under your account and for the access you grant staff.
  • Enter your customers’ data only as permitted by law, and use the service only for lawful business purposes.

Acceptable use

Don’t attempt to break, overload or probe the service, resell it without our agreement, or use it to store unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that do.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available, especially in season, but it is provided “as is”, without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change as the product evolves.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim (zero for free accounts). We are not liable for indirect losses, including lost profits or lost data beyond our reasonable control.

Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. On closure, we delete your data per the privacy policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Tamil Nadu, India.
